Join us as we head out to Johannesburg to start our day with an urban safari on open top Bus, driving past the Mining district, Newtown Precinct, Constitutional Hill and Ghandi Square explaining the history of Johannesburg to you. Then you visit the Apartheid Museum for 2 hours and then a visit the sight and sounds off to Soweto, South Africa’s largest township, with over 3.5 million inhabitants.
But not before we stop @ Soccer City - "The Calabash" stadium as its known to the local football fans and host to the finale in the 2010 FIFA tournament for a photo session.
We continue through the suburbs past Winnie Mandela's house, a quick stop @ Hector Peterson Museum and memorial site, Vilakazi Street, past homes of Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu as well as the corner where Hector Peterson was shot.
We will drive past the market place near Baragwana Taxi rank, experiencing the sigts, sounds of Soweto and have great photo opportunities
